Denver Yoga Training

Heritage offers five three-week yoga training courses in Denver:

• Introduction to Yoga
• Foundations of Yoga
• Structure of the Yoga Class
• Subtle Body Anatomy
• Spiritual Foundations of Yoga

Yoga unites the body, mind and spirit. Whether you are a beginner or experienced student of yoga, Heritage Denver Yoga Training School offers two ways to deepen your practice.

The first is our teacher training program which offers five 3 week courses. Choose this path for personal fulfillment or professional development. Take all five courses and learn how you can earn your Yoga Alliance Instructor certification (RYS-200) to become a registered yoga teacher.

The second is our ongoing weekly public yoga classes where yoga practitioners of all skill levels are invited to join us for FREE yoga classes.

About Our Lead Instructor

Jenn is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT, Yoga Alliance certified), and has been teaching Yoga since 2006 and practicing since 1998. Drawing from several different forms of Yoga, Jenn challenges her students to learn about their bodies and understand that there are no limitations just different expressions of the poses. Each class will have a different theme and focus so that all students of all levels can connect with their divine centers, grow from the roots of alignment and flow with intensity and grace.

Our yoga studio in Denver is built with you in mind, and we believe it is the perfect setting for Denver yoga training. A place to escape into your mind and body with a soft quiet atmosphere. Be with people of similar mind and goals in our new yoga room.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, please cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.

Class Etiquette

Bring comfortable clothing that can be layered (warm pull-over shirt and warm socks for meditation and savasana). Bring water and a towel. A yoga mat and block will be provided if you don't have your own.

Please refrain from cellular phone use inside the yoga room.

Health Disclosure

If you have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or you are pregnant, please inform the instructor. All guests will fill out a brief medical questionnaire and a release of liability statement prior to receiving services.
