Graduates of the Heritage Veterinary Technician programs in Oklahoma City, OK, Little Rock, AR, Wichita, KS and Fort Myers, FL provide animal health care in conjunction with Veterinarians. Veterinary Techs must be knowledgeable in the care and handling of animals, their life processes, medical and surgical nursing, anesthesiology, diagnostic imaging, and clinical laboratory procedures.

Heritage Institute and Heritage College are institutionally Accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), and have applied for accreditation by the AVMA-Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities.

In addition to the veterinary technician training offered by Heritage in Oklahoma City, Little Rock, Wichita, and Fort Myers, Heritage operates a campus with some unique veterinary programs in Orange County, CA.
