The Heritage X-Ray Medical Technician® - Medical Assistant program offers training in both medical assisting and LSO (Limited Scope Operator - sometimes incorrectly called X-Ray Tech or X-Ray Technician). The program offers you an opportunity to broaden your opportunities by learning an extra set of skills. At the core of the program lies a curriculum to teach medical assisting. In addition to medical assistant skills, the X-Ray Medical Technician® - Medical Assistant course also teaches limited-scope x-ray technician classes designed to make graduates more valuable in a medical office environment.
