About Our Lead Yoga Instructor

Jenn is a registered yoga teacher, E-RYT, with Yoga Alliance. Her experience includes teaching advanced Yoga training since 2006, beginning her practice in 1998. Among the best yoga teachers in Denver, Jenn challenges her yoga teacher students to learn about their bodies and understand there are no limitations, only different expressions of each pose. Each class employs a different theme and focus, ensuring that students of all levels can connect with their divine centers.

Class Etiquette

We ask you to bring water, a towel, and wear comfortable clothing in layers. A yoga mat and block can be provided if you don’t bring your own. We ask that you please refrain from mobile phone use inside the yoga room.

Health Disclosure

If you have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, physical ailments, allergies, disabilities or are pregnant, please inform the instructor at the beginning of class. All students will fill out a brief medical questionnaire and a release of liability statement prior to receiving yoga training services.

Yoga Alliance Certifications and Credentials

Yoga Teachers who register with Yoga Alliance are listed on the Yoga Alliance online directory as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs). The teacher registry is not a yoga teacher certification program but a listing of yoga teachers whose yoga schools training and yoga teaching experience meet minimum Yoga Alliance standards.

Yoga teachers who graduated from Registered Yoga Schools (RYSs) can receive varying levels of designation based on the amount of yoga training and yoga teaching experience they have. The E-RYT designation (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) distinguishes teachers with significant yoga teaching experience.

Yoga Alliance does not accept RYT applications from graduates of non-registered yoga teacher schools. The yoga school where you completed your yoga teacher training must be an active RYS 200 or 500 in order for you to register with Yoga Alliance. You can verify if your yoga school is registered by searching for them in on our online Yoga Alliance yoga school directory.

NASM and ACE Approvals
