As a courtesy to the instructors and other students that may want to join the class, please cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
It is recommended you bring water, a towel, and wear comfortable clothing in layers. A warm pull-over shirt and socks will help keep you comfortable for meditation and savasana, but may be too warm for the more intense yoga sessions. If you have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant, please inform the instructor at the beginning of class. All students will fill out a brief medical questionnaire and a release of liability statement prior to receiving services.
